Home Care Team Lead — Deliver Quality In-Home Support

North Ayrshire Council is seeking a supervisor for the Care at Home service in Irvine. This temporary post runs until 1 October 2027 and involves leading and coordinating a team to ensure safe, high-quality delivery of home-based care to maintain service users’ independence.

Interviews may be conducted in person or via Microsoft Teams; a device with a camera and internet access is sufficient. PVG checks and pre-employment checks apply as part of the process.
