Compassionate Practice Nurse – Immunisations & Chronic Care

Tyntesfield Medical Group in North Somerset is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our caring team. The role covers wound management, travel and childhood immunisations, phlebotomy and minor injury care, with an emphasis on high-quality patient care.

You will work within a friendly, collaborative team, maintain accurate documentation in our Practice Computer system, and support infection control, safety policies and stock management.
