Community OT (Band 5) – Flexible, Collaborative

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in Burnham-on-Sea invites an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the Community Rehabilitation Service. You will provide clinical assessment and treatment in the community, working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care across the North Sedgemoor area.
