Empowering Support Worker – Independent Living Care

Voyage Care in Arlesey is seeking a caring Support Worker to help people gain independence within a supportive team. You’ll assist with daily living, personal care, and community access, and help participants engage in activities.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, resilience and flexibility, and experience with Positive Behaviour Support and complex needs. You will join a dynamic service with opportunities to grow and to make a real difference.
