Home-Based Therapy Assistant: Community Rehab

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting an integrated Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in Community Rehab teams. Role involves home visits, working with therapists, and supporting treatment plans within the community setting.

The post requires communication with patients and families, ability to travel across ELHT sites, and willingness to engage with IT-enabled delivery of therapy sessions. Training and supervision are provided.
