Senior Discharge & Reablement OT (Band 6) – Chelmsford

Globe Locums Ltd in Chelmsford is recruiting a Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist for the Discharge to Assess service. You will deliver Reablement Therapy to patients in the Mid Essex area, working with physiotherapists, OTs and care teams to support safe discharge.

Start ASAP with an ongoing contract. Requires HCPC registration, DBS, passport/visa and at least 1 year post graduate experience. Domiciliary care setting; full compliance to work in the UK.
