Field Sales Advisor: Uncapped Comms & Flexible Shifts

Virgin Media O2 field sales is seeking a full-time Field Sales Advisor to represent our broadband, mobile and TV services in local communities. This face-to-face role is target-driven with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission, and top earners approaching £50k-£70k.

You’ll work in your patch, speak with customers door to door, build rapport, assess needs, and clearly explain pricing and benefits. Training and ongoing coaching support are provided, with shifts typically 12pm–8pm.
