GMP Training Lead for Manufacturing Site

SRG is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead training and capability development across a busy manufacturing site in Hampshire. You will drive the site training strategy, oversee trainers, and ensure GMP, Quality and Health & Safety compliance.

The role requires prior experience leading training activities in regulated manufacturing sectors, and the ability to identify skills gaps and deliver effective learning programmes. The position is full-time and permanent, based in Hampshire.
