Facilities & Building Services Graduate – Rotational Programme

Lidl offers a 23-month National Graduate Programme across multiple regions in the UK, based in Stores, Logistics, Facilities Management and Head Office. You will rotate through operational areas to build comprehensive knowledge of Lidl’s estate and energy/sustainability initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience, lead projects, and interact with senior stakeholders while developing problem-solving and commercial awareness for effective maintenance solutions.
