Senior Probation Officer – Lead & Elevate Operations

The Senior Probation Officer supports the Head of Operational Function to provide leadership within a Local Delivery Unit (LDU) or other operational unit. The role emphasizes policy implementation, service quality and performance management.

You will lead staff, coordinate day-to-day operations, and work with partners to manage risk and protect the public. Equality and inclusion are central to all tasks in line with NPS policies.
