Location: West London / Surrey

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 DOE + Benefits

An established international manufacturer is looking to recruit a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its UK warehouse operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take greater responsibility within a successful international business.

The Role

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and a small team
• Oversee goods‑in, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and courier arrangements
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping
• Resolve operational issues and improve warehouse efficiency
• Work closely with internal departments to meet customer requirements

The Person

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of stock control, goods‑in and dispatch
• Experience using warehouse or ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Practical, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving abilities

Experience within manufacturing, engineering or technical product distribution would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
