Best Interests Assessor – DoLS/MCA Historic Review Lead

Dorset Council’s Mental Capacity Act (MCA) Team is recruiting to support the review of historic Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) applications. Working within a specialist, multi-disciplinary team, you will help review, progress and manage historic cases to ensure lawful, proportionate and person-centred decisions.

This is focused on delivering a programme within the MCA/DoLS service and reporting to the MCA/DoLS Team Manager.
