Coreweave is seeking a senior full-cycle recruiter to run searches across Sales and GTM, with cross-coverage for G&A as bandwidth allows. You will own end-to-end hiring for GTM and Business roles, collaborating with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, design intake, and deliver strong pipelines on tight timelines.

You will also flex to G&A requisitions, advising on scoping, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality, while championing candidate experience and process excellence.
