Ofsted Registered Service Manager – Leading Young People

Turning Point is seeking an Ofsted Registered Service Manager to lead our supported accommodation for up to 30 young people across Chorley and Leyland. You will oversee quality, safety and performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and inspections.

As a senior leader you will recruit, develop and coach teams, manage budgets, build partnerships with commissioners, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining person-centred outcomes.
