Sky in Livingston is seeking a Contact Centre Sales Advisor to handle inbound calls from existing customers considering canceling. You will listen to needs, offer suitable packages, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role starts after training, with a 7-week program conducted face-to-face in the office, then hybrid working pattern after training. You’ll join a large team at Sky’s Livingston site with shift patterns 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
