Customer Complaints & Triage Specialist

Oodle Finance is seeking a customer-focused complaints advisor to join a dedicated team in Manchester. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, log new complaints, and keep customers updated on progress with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll review cases, gather evidence, triage it accurately, and coordinate with Complaints, Customer Support, and other teams to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
