999 Call Handler – Fast-Paced NHS Dispatch (Welsh)

The Welsh Ambulance Service University NHS Trust is seeking a 999 Call Handler to join the Clinical Contact Centre. You will input call details quickly and accurately, liaise with the public and health professionals, and provide compassionate customer care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexible, shift-based work including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays; Welsh language skills are desirable and Welsh Language level 1 is preferred.
