Manchester Regional Sales Team Leader – Build & Elevate

3Search, Manchester-based consumer business, seeks a Sales Team Leader to build and lead Manchester’s first regional direct sales team. You will drive customer acquisition across events, coach brand ambassadors, and manage contractor teams to achieve targets.

The role is hybrid, five days a week with four days in the field and one day from home, plus a monthly London visit. You will report to London-based team and receive a MacBook Pro to support field work.
