IT Support Analyst — First-Line Tech Helpdesk Expert

H&T Group Ltd is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the IT team as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing first-line support and helping ensure a smooth user experience across the business.

This hybrid role offers on-site and remote support in a busy environment. You will log and resolve tickets, troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, VPNs, printers, and devices, and help maintain SLAs and knowledge base documentation.
