ER Advisor — Hybrid, Stakeholder Influence

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an ER Advisor to join a collaborative HR team in Birmingham. The role focuses on managing complex employee relations matters and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You will own a broad range of ER cases, provide commercially focused advice and coaching to managers, and help balance employee experience with business outcomes. This is a Birmingham-based role with hybrid working.
