People Coordinator: HR Admin & HiBob Expert

Immediate is seeking a proactive People Coordinator to join our HR team in London. You’ll own day-to-day HR administration, onboarding new starters, processing leavers, payroll and maintaining HiBob, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You’ll act as the first point of contact for employee relations, support managers across the business, and help optimise processes with automation, data reporting and policy guidance in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
