Empathetic Banking Support Specialist — Part-Time

Lloyds Banking Group in Inverurie is seeking a part-time Customer Support colleague to help customers face-to-face in branches. You will handle everyday banking tasks and support customers through important moments with reassurance and guidance.

Working 30 hours per week, including Saturdays, you’ll learn and grow within our Skill Progression Framework and may progress to other roles across the Group. We value empathy, calm under pressure and a genuine desire to help people manage their finances.
