HR Advisor – On-site Banbury | Profit Share & Benefits

Warburtons is recruiting for a People Advisor/HR Advisor to join our Banbury site on a fixed-term, full-time basis. The role involves advising line managers, delivering coaching and supporting a high-performing culture. You will work closely with our People Partner and visit our Eastwood site as required.

You will handle a range of people matters with a strong emphasis on policy, employment law, data usage, and process improvement. A UK driving licence is required.
