OFF THE RECORD (BRISTOL) is seeking a Team Manager for Project ZAZI on a 12-month maternity cover basis. The role requires leading the ZAZI team, guiding staff and volunteers, and building effective partnerships to improve access and outcomes for Black young people and young people of colour.
You will work with senior staff to deliver strategic aims, manage resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery across Bristol and surrounding areas.
