Assembly Operatives: Long-Term Temp-to-Perm + Paid Breaks

Barker Ross Group in the Round Spinney, Northampton area is seeking Assembly Operatives for a long-term, temp-to-perm role. You may be assigned fixed AM, fixed PM shifts, or weekly rotating schedules; training is provided with opportunities to develop skills while working at a steady pace.

Ideal candidates will have high dexterity, keen attention to detail, and good eyesight; you should be able to work independently after training. Prior assembly experience is preferred but not essential.
