Lead Cheese Production Operator – Cottage Cheese Plant

Rodda’s is opening a brand-new cottage cheese facility in Scorrier, near Redruth. You will lead a new production line, learn all equipment, conduct start-ups, and help launch a category-defining product for a long-standing family business.

You’ll manage quality, hygiene, and process control while working 4 on/4 off shifts from 4.00am to 4.00pm, with a night shift premium included in the salary.
