About the role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be part of residents’ everyday lives and often the person who can make the biggest difference to their day.You’ll provide personal care and practical support, but the role is about much more than that. It’s taking the time to get to know someone, noticing when something isn’t quite right, encouraging independence, sharing a laugh, helping someone take part in something they enjoy and making sure they feel genuinely at home.
