Full-Time Care & Support Worker — Empower Lives Today

Cygnet Group in Horsforth is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help residents with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role is full-time 42 hours a week with 12-hour day shifts, including alternate weekends on a rolling two-week rota.

You’ll deliver person-centred care, support daily living tasks, and encourage independence while documenting welfare needs and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
