Bank Team Leader, Supported Living Care

Swanton Care and Community is seeking a Bank Team Leader in Falkirk to support the Service Manager with day-to-day shift management within a Supported Living service. The role focuses on empowering staff, coordinating recruitment and training, and safeguarding high-quality, person-centred care for people with learning disabilities.

Ideal candidates will have prior care experience, proven leadership of a team/shift, and ideally NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
