Senior Care Lead: Empower Residents & Care Plans

Care UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead shifts, case-manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure best care plans are delivered.

You will administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and support residents with daily needs while promoting activity and independence. You will work with the leadership team to develop services and maintain a caring, professional atmosphere.
