Respite & Day Services Manager — Lead Care Team

Heart of England Mencap is seeking a Service Manager for Respite & Day Services in Leamington Spa. You will oversee the respite service, ensure high standards of care, safeguard and promote independence for people we support, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role is 40 hours per week, driving licence is essential, with strong IT, communication and people-management skills expected.
