Early Years Assistant – Part-Time, Flexible Hours

City of Edinburgh Council’s Fox Covert Early Years Centre is recruiting an Early Years Assistant on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2026. The role is part-time (17 hours per week, 39 weeks a year) with a pro-rata salary of £26,806 to £27,032, depending on experience.

The setting has capacity for 85 children and operates between 8am and 6pm. No formal qualifications are required, but candidates should have a good basic education, be literate and numerate, and plan to register with SSSC
