Job Description:
Stonepillow is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our young people services in Chichester. The role covers a 42.11 hour week on a 4 nights on/4 nights off rota, 8pm–8am, delivering trauma‑informed, compassionate support to 16+ looked after young people and care leavers in West Sussex.
You will build trust, carry out welfare checks, manage your caseload, and contribute to safeguarding, life skills programmes and collaborative case reviews with partners.
