Occupational Therapy Assistant: Community Adaptations

Tameside Council’s Occupational Therapy Service in Ashton-under-Lyne is recruiting an Occupational Therapy Assistant on a permanent contract. The post offers 36 hours per week and is based at Wilshaw House with a Grade F–22 salary scale.

The role involves managing a caseload with supervisor support, assessing manual handling needs across community settings, and recommending equipment and adaptations to help service users maintain independence. Training and development are prioritised.
