Senior Care Community Lead — Resident Care & Team Leader

Barchester Healthcare in Rayleigh is seeking a Community Lead to oversee care in our residential homes, ensuring person-centred care that respects residents’ independence, privacy and dignity while guiding the care team.

You’ll perform clinical duties such as recording observations and simple wound dressings, while developing strong relationships with residents, families and home staff to maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
