Part-Time Medical Receptionist & Patient Services

NHS Scotland is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly Reception Team. You will work Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8am–5pm, providing a welcoming front desk experience for patients.

Responsibilities include answering calls, updating patient records, booking appointments, handling repeat prescriptions, issuing test results, and general admin tasks. Excellent customer service, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
