Health & Safety Competence & Training Specialist

Scottish Water is seeking a Health & Safety Competence & Training Specialist on a fixed-term basis for up to September 2027, based at the Dundee area office. You will develop and maintain competence frameworks, assurance arrangements and training governance, turning evidence into practical improvements.

Collaborating across operational, Learning & Development and Health & Safety teams, you will analyse data, deliver assurance reviews, and create reports and dashboards to inform decisions.
