Job Description:
McCain is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Chargehand at our Wombourne plant in Staffordshire to lead a team of skilled engineers, coordinating planned and reactive work to keep plant equipment reliable. You will report to the Maintenance Leader and work with Production, contractors and suppliers to drive safety and performance.
You will plan, prioritise and execute maintenance, review daily priorities, and ensure accurate completion feedback in the CMMS while supporting lean manufacturing
