Lead Technical Artist — Unreal Engine 5 Real-Time Graphics

MADFINGER Games is seeking a Lead Technical Artist for our Brno-based studio to lead and mentor a team of technical artists. You will bridge art and programming, push Unreal Engine 5 capabilities, and optimize real-time visuals and performance across the project.

You will collaborate with the Art Director and engineers to establish high artistic and technical standards, develop workflows, tools, and pipelines, and ensure seamless integration from environment design to VFX.
