Severn Trent Plc in the Derbyshire area is seeking a Non Infra Team Manager to lead a skilled operational team (circa 12 people including technicians and senior staff) at Little Eaton Water Treatment Works. You will oversee Little Eaton, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant plant operations with support available as you develop into the role.

You will lead performance improvement through root cause investigations, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with regulators and partners.
