Hybrid Events & Operations Lead (Oxford)

The Rhodes Trust in Oxford is seeking an Events Operations Manager to deliver operational and logistical excellence for Rhodes Trust Programmes and Rhodes House Ltd events. The role is predominantly on-site at Rhodes House with hybrid working and no direct line management.

You will coordinate across departments, help grow client base and revenue, and ensure successful events from planning to delivery, while upholding the Trust’s values of inclusion, growth and innovation.
