Shift Operations Lead — Fast-Paced Fashion 3PL

Bleckmann UK is recruiting a permanent, full-time Shift Manager to oversee client order fulfilment teams. The role uses a 4on 4off pattern (06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00), with peak-period flexibility and a salary up to £48,000 plus a shift allowance.

You will lead shift operations, plan and allocate staff, maintain safety and quality, monitor KPIs, and strengthen client relationships while driving continuous improvement.
