London (hybrid) | Permanent | Salary: Up to £65,000DWI Consulting is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver CRM and digital transformation projects for membership bodies, charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRM implementation, migration and transformation projects end to end.
• Coordinate delivery teams, budgets, risks, testing and stakeholder communications.
• Lead client workshops and oversee successful deployment.

What we’re looking fo r

• Proven CRM implementation or digital project management experience.
• Experience in membership or not-for-profit environments.
• Knowledge of iMIS, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
