Mercedes-Benz of Stafford, part of Lookers, is seeking an ambitious Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales team and drive service excellence. You will report to the General Manager, overseeing Service Advisors, Technicians and the Parts team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
The role is full time (44 hours per week) with salary up to £60,000 OTE, including basic up to £45,000–£50,000 DOE plus bonus. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
