Health & Safety Lead – Homebased with Site Audits

SMT seeks a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join the QESH team. This homebased role covers the UK with regular travel to SMT sites as required, and involves supporting safety systems, audits, and incident investigations across a diverse business.

You will influence positive safety culture, deliver toolbox talks, and help maintain ISO 45001 within the organisation. Full UK driving licence and strong MS Office skills are essential.
