Quality Lead — Coffee Roastery & Packaging

Grind in London is seeking a Quality Manager to own quality across production at the Roastery in South Bermondsey. You’ll ensure roasting, testing and packing meet customer standards and BRC requirements, while spending time on the production floor to identify issues and drive improvements.

You’ll lead quality control across raw materials to finished goods and support co-manufacturing partners, with emphasis on Health & Safety and data-driven improvements in a hands-on role.
