Registered Manager – Lead a Children’s Home (Darlington)

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s home in Darlington on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to children and young people with complex needs, while developing a supportive and compliant service.

You will oversee safeguarding, risk management, care planning, referrals to the home, and collaboration with partner agencies to create safe, person-centred placements.
