Occupational Therapist – Front Door Team (Independence)

Liquid Personnel Limited is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Integrated Front Door Team in Harrow. You’ll support adults and children to promote independence and safe living, conducting assessments and providing preventative interventions.

You will develop person-centred care plans, recommend equipment and adaptations, and collaborate with families, carers and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Competitive rate of £36 per hour.
