Part-Time Staff Counsellor — Hybrid Role

University of Cambridge is seeking a Staff Counsellor for 18.5 hours per week on a temporary two-year secondment. The role operates within a hybrid model, requiring physical presence at the Counselling Centre for at least two days per week to meet service needs.

The successful candidate will be accredited with BACP/UKCP/BABCP/BPC credentials (or equivalent) and experienced in handling workplace and personal issues, with a capacity to deliver brief interventions and manage a caseload.
