Team Leader, Children’s Residential Home (Shift Lead)

Super Hiring is seeking a Team Leader for an Ofsted Registered Children’s Residential Home in Eastbourne. You will lead shifts, oversee Staff on duty, ensure safeguarding and high standards of care, and work to improve outcomes for up to 4 young people aged 13–17 with complex needs.

Experience in residential childcare, a Level 3 Diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Flexible to work day or night shifts, with opportunities for progression and enhanced benefits.
